I like that both show the way of the cat and a cats feelings about sleeping. they are good in the way the outside and the insde are exposed on the film with enough light to see the cat inside and the outside outside. the light on the cats face is of intersting to me because I cant see where it is come from so it feels funny to begin with but then I imagine a light above the window and it begins to make sense and it even makes the feel of warmth stronger because it is a yellow light and the outside light is cold. I think that you ave a good eye for making pictures of your cat. I like the four sides of these pictures to from the four sides of the windwo and you ahve the cat in one and the flowers in one, and the outside in the other two. I have a good impresion of this picture. I like this one better and more than the one with the blinds.

This is great, Bente. The same things caught me as regina: the color and the light on the cat. The natural frame of the window is wonderful to. This is jsut about a perfect picture.

I prefer the attachment, Bente, but they're both nice. My cat would have stayed indoors too, and the nap will only come after knocking over the vase. :-)

This is excellent, Bente. I love the arrangement of all the elements both on the inside and on the outside. I think the tones and the shading pull the whole image together beautifully. p.s. I also like the attachment. . . a different mood is created there.

...by all the comments on this photo. I'm very late to say thanks for all the coments because my computer has had a chrash-down but it has gone through a surgery today - got a something-power-suply-transplantation - and is almost as good as new without smelling of burned plastic.

Hans and Maria ... thank you for your very nice comments. Yes .. just a day in the cat's life ... and it is every day ... getting the meal served, the cat toilet cleaned and a nice warm place with a view ... cat life is good life I think.

Brad - also my hearty thanks for your comment ... yes, the cat was lazy so there was good with time to work with angels and details. He was very cooperative this day... and only a little displeased with the minimaclight pointing hi, in his face.

Michael .. yes, I can see what you mean ... the mood is different in the two photos. Originally it started out with the cat facing the window looking out ... but he was too dark ... and next time I was ready to shoot he had turned around. ... and he could as well as your cat had knocked over the vase ... he is doing it with many things lying there where he wants to lie.

Ok ... that cat of yours is a giant ... are all things that BIG in the states ... or are only things coming from Texas being that?... smile ...Does this enormous cat also have such a big tongue like my Laban? As you can see he is doing a good job licking the fur.

 

Missy .. my other cat ... always gets a little fat during the winter. She really hates to go out and get cold paws... uusch.

Lovely picture with excellent execution. It has all my favorite things... snow, tulips, windows... I think I'd stay indoors during whole winter in such a cozy environment.

Bente as usual you see right thru my little joke ................... It's actually a normal size cat -- and a very ugly child.
