reisenberger 0 Posted February 20, 2005 something looks artificial? the lighting from the sky (ie from top-right) doesn't seem to be coming from the same direction as would cast the light seen on the chimney/wall and fence-posts in front? Link to comment
michael_pierson2 0 Posted February 22, 2005 If I didn't know better I would say this is a constructed image. And since I don't know better I will say flat out it is. You didn't do a very good job blending the sky and the foreground. You can spot it a mile away. Two words - Guassian Blur. Link to comment
desmond_lloyd 0 Posted February 22, 2005 At first glance, with the snow sticking to the side of the building, really gave it an "artifical" glow. But a closer look reveals a great picture. Now did you do anything to this? Still a GREAT PICTURE... Link to comment
michael_pierson2 0 Posted February 22, 2005 Desmond how could anyone NOT see this is a poor composite of two images. Its so obvious it slaps you in the face. Just look at the horizon line. Link to comment
reighamsyde 0 Posted February 28, 2005 Micky why dont you let us see what you are made of and put something that we can mabey boringly try to be clever and point out irrelevant details. reighamsyde 0 Posted March 1, 2005 To michial Pearson this is not a composite.(I have all the origionals that I took. What I had done is,selected the sky and give it a bit more oomph and also atered the forground. but of course you know thjis(the horison shows this of and shoud have been rectified.but as we do not take life that sereous I did not feel the need (Still no photographs on????????? go on show us some and we will all get a glipse of your fantastic knowledge regarding photography Link to comment
