nerradchoong 0 Posted February 18, 2005 F8 doesn't really work for me here, the plant doesn't merge with the subject and the model doesn't seem to have a natural expression, kind of weird but overall, this is a good picture Link to comment

Dave Gardner 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Beautiful model nice expression. IMO she looks a little stiff. I'd like to see her arm bent a little and her back not so strait. Dave Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Thanks for your input guys, you're right, she's a bit stiff here so I have added another which should have been posted as the first image. Oh well! Next time will be more careful. Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted February 18, 2005 Alec, the original image appears to me more aesthetic. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Thanks Sircar, the skin tones is nicer and the close up look also has it's merit. Glad you mentioned it. Link to comment
sallycd 0 Posted February 19, 2005 It's a pose for ladies who does not show-off,unless she's a model. Lovely and beautiful. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted February 19, 2005 Thanks Sally, Joycelin is a model from Mannequin Studios. Very easy and charming to work with. ^_^ Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 19, 2005 Hi Alec, I feel the first two poses are difficult for me to take in as they appear uncomfortable and a little stilted. The third image posted above sits better with me - more of a natural position and more pleasing to view because of this. Just my opinion.... All three images show your trademark composition and sharp clarity. I feel the human subject is always a difficult subject to do justice. I appreciate your efforts. Low raters are perhaps not looking at what you are looking at. Link to comment
michaelchristensen 0 Posted February 21, 2005 I like both images ... the colors "pop" and the pose is good .. what's wrong with you guys?? Pretty girl .. should be enough Link to comment
