Excellent contrast, DOF, Lighting and compositon. I like the clarity of the photo and think this is an impressive shot.

Hi Sondra. This is a nice composition with a good amount of humor (I need that as of late). The background, though bright, is unobtrusive. You have a problem, however, with the highlights on the bird to the right. The shoulder area and crown are quite blown out. My monitor is calibrated at gamma = 2.2, so take my word for it, the highlights need attention. Perhaps the digital file from the camera is okay and you can simply tweak that area into submisson in Photoshop. Regards.

Ah! yes, that correction makes my shoulder feel a lot better! You can upload the new version through 'edit image info' and keep all the comments and ratings.

Hi Sondra, my monitor doesn`t show the blow-out on the right hand bird, in fact, the exposure looks pretty good. I think the composition is very good, nothing in bg or fg is distracting, in my book it`s worth 6/7
