Well, they look like the real thing if you ask me.

They look like they are stomping the water,

and for what reason you might ask,

well, why not...

Yes I can see what you mean with the reflections. This is beautiful and I have looked this a while - two different times!:-)- thinking if I'd like to crop it a little from the bottom or not. So that they would not be so middle of the composition. But when I look this so long time:-) this is OK. You visited me once - I am still grateful of that. Now my recent loadings are a little out of my usual "comfort zone" and I am a little lost with no comments. Could you visit my folder and tell what do you think, please/thanks.

I like this very much too .... and it brings to my mind the danish writer HC Andersen, who wrote " The Ugly Duckling" about the ducling going through so many troubles ending up looking in the water to see in the mirror that he himself had become one of those pretty swans he just admired so much. In a matter of fact we are celebrating the 200 year of birth of HC Andersen on the 2nd of April ..... and we are a little fed up with him for the time being .... but that doesn't change that you have a very nice photo of the swans here Hannah. Thanks for showing.

Hi Bente, thanks for visiting. I'm happy to say this pair appears to have chosen this area as their breeding ground again this year. After two unsuccessful years, I hope there will be some "ugly ducklings" to photograph later in the summer.

Nicely composed. You caught them both in very interesting poses. Reflections (Trees?) in the top the frame are slightly distracting.

Overall an excellent capture.

Kind regards.
