YES IF ONE IS INTERESTED IN BUGS BEETLES ECT,BORNEO IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO PHOTOGRAPH THESE.I STILL HAVE NOT PLOUGHED THROUGH ALL THE PHOTOS I TOOK THERE, THINK I BOUGHT HOME SOME 5 TO 6 THOUSAND SHOTS OF INSECTS, WILDLIFE AND BIRDS.THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS.

I love this shot!! It would be even better (according to mee) if you had put a green leaf behind it to get rid of the black BG. This is a truely beautiful weevil and shot!

I know what you mean,but I am afraid that I am a fan of black backgrounds, as you will see by most of my macros.But I do occasionally do macros without them.
