Boo (Dachshund Puppy)

First of all, that's a ridiculously cute dog. Photographically ... the short DOF really works to highlight the cute face. The catchlight in the eyes is essential. I'm not sold on the blown out background. I realize it has to be that way in order to properly expose the face - it just seems like too much white space.

 

Back to the dog - is it a long haired dachshund breed?

yup....he's a longhaired...and so far has the longest hair....still haven't figured out how to get that background properly exposed. I suppose I should just fix it more in Photoshop.

Oh. Jeez!! He is so cute!!
