access road to Columbia Icefield

This is one of the more striking shots I've seen of a well loved spot (I've spent a lot of time climbing in the area). I esp. like the way the road catches the light. Well done in black and white. 7/7

Jim, thanks vey much for your appreciation. I've spent only about two hours in the area, visiting the glacier in that special vehicle. When I arrived it snowed. When I was on the glacier the sun was shining. After arriving back at the restaurant where the vehicle dropped me, on the glacier it snowed again! The original color shot was somewhat discoloured perhaps due to the bright light ahead. However, the changing it into B&W worked. Cheers, Sam.
