50d-boy 0 Posted February 8, 2005 Composite of four images,to create a new digital Landscape. All images were exposed in Athens. The apartments, the path, the graffiti, the column, and of course Nico,......, who's taking it all in. Cheers John Link to comment
jory320 0 Posted February 8, 2005 All I can say is weird! Only complaint is the boring orange background. Best Regards, JS. Link to comment
jana 1 Posted October 19, 2005 I like it , the colour of the sky makes the image. You should think of a good title. cheers Jana Link to comment
david_anderson13 0 Posted July 21, 2006 interesting photo/manip. I always like these. Maybe cause I can't do them and don't have the patience to really try. I like the orange and is all seems to fit nicely. My only complaint is the pillar seems to tilt back and the rest doesn't. Link to comment
stupski 0 Posted August 30, 2006 Actually, I find this quite interesting. It's put together rather like a jigsaw puzzle (which is not a bad thing), but the pieces don't all relate to each other (for me). So, where to go from there? Look at spatial relationships, colors, figures, transparencies, and so on. The triangular subjects all have secondary aspects to them (shadow to boy, billboard to column???, man to boat) that are up for grabs in interpretation. Forgive my stream of consciousness. I'm thinking. Nico has a long road ahead... Link to comment
50d-boy 0 Posted August 30, 2006 Thanks for coming by and commenting. One more connection for you. The graffiti has a man with his hands on his head. This is echoed once again with the "live" man on the path. I hope you enjoyed it. My task now is to integrate photomontage techniques in a more meaningful way. This was Nico's first trip to Greece, and the montage is keyed exclusively to his Athens/urban experience. Cheers John Link to comment
