1o years ago my grandfather brought me some seeds from a purple

flower. He used to call the dried seeds ( see photo ) silver coins.

Grandpa died but his flowers still grow wide spread in our garden.

Hopefully an everlasting remembrance. Due to the late sun they

turned out rather like golden coins.

This are very interesting seeds,and in my county they are name Juda coins(Bible name),I do not know why.This are anyway an interesting subject to shot.Best to you,Radu

In my country this plant grow up spontaneously and we call it pope's coins or lunaria from "Luna" that means Moon.

This herb gives its best when it dies (or when it drys).
