Kim, I have no clue? There were many of these reels all different colors.

oooooh....orange. Great textures here...nice composition with all the hose at the bottom and different up top. You can shoot anything and make it interseting....

 

BTW- Because of you...I am thinking of starting a portraits of Americans series.....just thinking now....

Okay, next question - where was this taken? Looks like it has the word "plenum" on the hose.

I was driving down the road and saw a parking lot with constructiuon trucks with these things all over the parking lot. I will go back and intestigate and let you know what I find out. I'll be posting additional images from the site.

Great color! Where do you come up with this stuff Howard? Anyone can take pictures of just about anything, but to make them interesting and artistic takes a good eye and creative mind! And to add my 2 cents worth - Thanks goodness you have more talent than your Eagles! GO PATS! (Ahem) Dynasty anyone? :)

Orange not being my color! LOL Anyway, I like the detail and the exposure is super, along with the different textures of the hose vs. the wood. Wondering how this would look in B&W. Well seen and captured.

Well seen, my friend. Great textures. Cropped at the top, it looks like a waterfall (albeit of orange worms:-). I really like it!
