ronnie gaubert 0 Posted January 30, 2005 This image is less about the Egret and more about the environment that he thrives within. This egret was feeding among these very large Bald Cypress trees in Lake Martin, Louisiana. Low water has exposed the buttresses of these century old trees. Link to comment

atle.g 0 Posted January 30, 2005 You did a very good job capturing the environment. Lightning and mood is great. and the precise size of the bird in the frame underlines that. Well done! Link to comment

daniel_benoit 0 Posted January 31, 2005 I was born and raised in lafayette. Love lake martin. Used to go with my parents to a camp there as a child while they would play cards all night. dansimages@yahoo.com (live in tennessee now) Link to comment
