Good lighting and pose. Good use of hands to add interest. Only thing is the eyes are centered and it feels a bit heavy on the right, if that makes any sense.

 

Wondering if you have a shot of this pose with the eyes more to the left, where her arms are shown more?

Beautiful image! I like the contrast of cloth over the wrists and hands with the bare shoulder. It gives it just the right degree of mystery. I wonder if you got the correct title however. We "lay" objects down, but we "lie" ourselves down.
