liuyuan 0 Posted January 21, 2005 Jerry, I really love the great colours and mysterious waves. Great job. Folks, do check the larger version. Sharp! BTW, do you speak mandarin? I don't mean with the duck and am not sure that's a mandarin duck. :o)We have a pair in Geneva. Link to comment
jerry ting 1 Posted January 21, 2005 Yuan, yes, it's sharp. Ahhh, the power of 300mm/f2.8 AF. This lens weighs a ton and it's a pain when you have to carry it with you during the field trip. But it's all worth of the carrying when you get shots sharp like this. I do speak mandarin (I am from Taiwan and live in Cleveland, Ohio now) but this duck does not :) This is a male American Woodduck. Link to comment
aphanius 0 Posted January 23, 2005 Aesthetically wonderful and originally composed. Plus add a 7 on sharpness, 7 on contrast, 7 on saturation, 7 on exposure, 7 on reflection and 7 on BG. I've spend all my 7 today in this shot.. Great work ;) Link to comment
