No kiddin' (Drosera rotundifolia) or from this family. The drops are very sticky and captures flies and other small insects. The leaf the curls itself around the pray, and eventualy the bug gets digestet by the plant.

This looks similar to a flower we have here in England which is call the Sundew.

The Sundew grows in poor boggy soils and you can often see Dragoon Flies caught in its sticky liquid flower tips.
