Really good: unusual perspective and very well composed. I also like this greenish cast from neon lights... contributes to the atmosphere.

Love the colour contrast - as Bruno notes, the yellow/ greenish cast works well. It's very easy to empathise with your subject, to feel as if we were going through the same slump in energy/ tedium.

I went to your portfolio and read your comments about yourself. I don't know if these are from when you joined 2 years ago or they are new. in any case, too many people spend a fortune on equipment but never learn to use it. this photo may be one of the best I have yet seen on this site and your portfolios show you have a real talent. photography is about one's vision, not the equipment. your vision will earn you the equipment.

Love the colors, composition and the strength coming from this. An image which speaks for itself. Bravo!

You will be one of the few who would accuse me of overrating!! I have seen the work of some of the people you mentioned and yes there is some good work. The difference I see in your work, is that you have a sense of what you are doing--or at least show you do. Too many people here have no curatorial sense about what they do. You go to their folders and even when they categorize, the photos are a mish mash of work. You don't have any idea what the intent of their work is or if they have a personal vision or a personal point of view--they are all over the place. Showing photos to get cudos here is maybe one thing, but you present your work, for the most part, in a unified way--I can see what you are doing and what you are saying. A lot of people can make a good photo, or maybe even lots of good photos. But a personal vision is much more rare and moves the person from a mere craftsman to the level of artist. You demonstrate your vision in a way that most people on this site could learn from--even many of those you referenced. Accept my compliments!
