I like the effect with the water and the colour of the rocks. This bird on the rocks eventually draw the eye to that point. Well done - 7/7

Textures on the rock formation correlate with motion lines on the water, ingenious shot. The bird acts as a nice scaling factor.

I forgot to say, this was in Point Lobos State Reserve, outside Carmel, California. I've been taking my students here during my weekly workshops of Monterey County but the storms have not been as strong as they were this day, so the strong current/river effect has not been evident.

 

Someone say 16"x20" would be nice? This is how it would look as a 40"x50" enlargement, framed to 50"x60", from across a large room in your home. Then you could walk up and see the small crabs and barnacles on the rocks!!!
