home page1 0 Posted January 9, 2005 I noticed that too before you mentioned it.I went and looked at the original JPEG and, in fact, he does have blue in his feathers. Surprised me too. Thanks for the comment. Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted January 9, 2005 Ken, I think that the lighting, colors, highlight & shadow details, subject matter, and composition (I realize that this is a bit more of an extreme vertical framing than what you've done in the past,) are what make this image a success. I do notice a bit of a blur in the shot (is it only me, or am I spoiled by all the 20D pix lately ^_^ ?), but nevertheless it's sufficiently sharp to still render the image pleasing. BTW, this guy does have a pretty mean look! ^_^ Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted January 9, 2005 Oh Ken, he looks MAD! I hope you were in the process of turning and running! LOL Their biting is well known! LOL Kind of the "Aflack" guy gone mad! LOL Nice detail and wonderful expression! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted January 9, 2005 Wilson, I thought it was a tad blurred, but was wondering about the state of my eyes, too! Interesting about the blue highlights in the feathers!! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 10, 2005 Looks like this fella wants to look in the view finder of your 20D. Pointing his beak right at ya. Cool capture. Nice composition and lighting. Kind regards. Link to comment
