carola 0 Posted January 6, 2005 I like the soft tone and the effect that the mowing water is creating in this picture. Link to comment

benjamin_lineberry 0 Posted January 6, 2005 Thank you. Thank you for using film and technique to create a striking, dream-like image without the crutch of digital. Very nice image. Link to comment

WJT 627 Posted January 8, 2005 Like a creature rising from the primordial sea. Very nice "mist" effect from the long exposure. Great detail and color in the algae on the driftwood. Is that a storm in the distance off to the left? A small criticism for me: the rightmost rock being truncated by the photograph's frame. I would prefer to either have it complete (wider crop) or removed altogether (cloned out). A little wider would include more of the coming storm clouds too. Still a great photograph! Regards. kslonaker 0 Posted January 9, 2005 Looks like an interesting sea creature, rising from the depths. Nice muted colors of the water and sky, with the green making a perfect contrast. Link to comment
michaelseewald 237 Posted January 9, 2005 Thanks all. Thanks Walter, I think you are right. The toning down of that darker rock on the right is called for. Link to comment
