"The Scolding" - A smoke photo montage

Just a little attempt at subtle humor. Two smoke images with the

color inverted.

 

If it draws a smile, smirk ar a small chuckle I will be pleased.

That really is quite impressive. The inverted image is also interesting. How did you get such vibrant colours in a puff of smoke?

Briefly, the smoke was lit by a studio strobe using several pieces of colored gel to provide the colors. Levels and saturation usually need some adjustment.

 

In my Single Photos folder there is an original smoke shot as it came from the camera. It is there so that others may see what I start with, and play with it for themselves. Have fun...
