davidmccracken 2 Posted January 2, 2005 Regina, your 2/1 ratings for this photograph came from a particularly sad individual who has created at least 4 accounts for himself. The names he is using are:- Frank Goldsmith, G Cliff, Gordon Strong and Tom Mailman Link to comment
tracywynn 0 Posted January 2, 2005 Excellent soft backlight. I'd like to see this when the sun is angled a bit more toward the front facing facades. Link to comment
paul_crumplin 0 Posted January 2, 2005 i love these colours, for me you should have got right up perhaps on those steps and just filled the frame with the houses and left out the grass and the sky as much as you could, perhaps you could give it another go. Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted January 2, 2005 Naturally the weird ratings have me curious, but if it is the work of an abuser, I am confident staffers will address it. This shot was taken at Atlantic Beach on New Years Eve. We had 70 degree weather, unusual even down south for this time of year. This is Private property so I was shooting from the street, I would have loved to get closer but...I need to go back when the light is better as well. Link to comment
murphymj4803 0 Posted January 2, 2005 I saw this on 1-1-05 along with Dave McCracken's detailed listing of all your 1's and 2's from an idiot(s) who has absolutely no manners, scruples, not to mention an appreciation for art. This is simply a wonderful photo, very well done. Link to comment

1000wordsphotography 0 Posted January 4, 2005 This one won't be a card, it will hang in a beach house if the client likes it... you guys are my test group before I have it printed large and framed. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted January 4, 2005 I'd definitely put it in my beach house ... that is if I HAD a beach house! :-) If you're looking for suggestions ... did you try it with a blue-er sky? Just a thought. Regards! Link to comment
