David, Knicki is to my eye one hundred percent correct, but then I like negative space. I love Knicki, too.

This is just about what I was thinking, I envisioned a tad less negative space but this works.

blushing that I am so highly thought of by more than just my dog.

on a side note- explain your chili pepper you have started placing on your photos. Does it annotate hot and spicy?

Mark, I am glad you like negative space. I should point out that Knicki did not suggest the negative space.

You didn't need to tell me that you love Knicki. Everyone loves Knicki.

Knicki, Thanks for the feedback. The chilli is not suggestive of anything. Someone suggested that as an artist I should have a signature. Since I can't write I thought I would use one of my favourtie photographs as a signature. Its nice to be thought of as an artist! The word p*ss might have been missing when my friend made the comment or maybe I just chose to miss it!

Thank you both.

I agree with the above comments. I like the negative space here a great deal. This is not to say I don't like the other image. I would almost like to see the same image with no fabric at all and the same negative space. Think about giving it a try.

Happy 2005.

David, I don't necessarily see a negative space here - and I do prefer this one to Lips, Ear, Nipple. Photographs can speak for themselves without a title, which many artists use and the image speaks to the viewer in great depth. I would like to see you offer an image that portrays emotional depth. One such artist who delivers this form of art is Bill Henson.

David, Compositionally, I think this one works better than the first upload. I'm also a fan of negative space. I might have cropped even a bit more off the left so the fabric starts right in the corner.

Thanks Laurie. I see what you mean about the fabric, but wouldn't that have been a bit obvious?

I guess I could crop it the way you suggest!

You may be right David. I'm a sucker for diagonals and corners.

If the intention was to show a nude with a sensual radiation than I must say, for me there isn't any. But it's probably a matter of taste.

The colours are nice but I miss some glance, some lightning. It's all too dull. There is nothing in it what could pull me into this shot. And that is what a shot needs for me. I have to get the feeling I will creep in it.

There was no intent. If you had read my opening remark you would have known that this picture was in response to a specific request.

Anyhow, I am glad that my dull, boring, lifeless and uninspiring picture was worth your while writing so much about!

I like this one better. The model is improving a lot in this photo. The empty space gives us the desire to see more of her.
