Peek-a-Boo

I had my camera out one day, taking pictures of my nephew, and apparantly he thought I was playing hide and seek. This gave me several good close-up pictures of genuine smiles on his face. I liked this expression a lot, so I tried the high-key thing. I don't do it anywhere NEAR as wonderfully as Howard ... specifically, I had trouble around the ear and cheek on the right. I also LOVE his eye-color, so I put that back in after I went B&W with the rest. Any thoughts are certainly welcome!!

A winner photo to me. Lighting is good, clothing needs work.

WOW, Howard - you cleaned up the side of his face and ear. THANKS!! I've been playing with the white-out stuff with pictures of some of my students (as you know) and in some other settings. It IS certainly fun ... and I know that my brother and his wife will LOVE this when I print it out for them. THANKS!!
