Excellent composition. And I don't find it dirty.

Excellent shot. Doesn't look dirty to me either. White spots look like stuff on the rocks. How wide was this lens, if I may ask?

I saw the same shot on a very nice Book on landscape photography (John Cornish was the photographer)

 

I like the wet rocks in foreground and the sky so full of drama.

I couldf not for the life of me see what this guy was on about (However) regarding the lens (it was fixed )

i like the image, but a few detractions for me are the roughness (did you unsharpen mask in ps, because that looks to be the culprit) and the dark clouds in the top right corner draw the eye out of the image.
