sacha_de_carlo 0 Posted December 25, 2004 Sorry but I would like to know: do you put all your filters on your lens at once and take one picture, or do you apply one filter at a time, take the photo, change filter, take the second one, and so on ?This latter procedure make more sense in my head, but then your picture IS manipulated, as you combine different layers/colors/filtered results...Am I wrong ? osvaldo carbuccia 0 Posted December 25, 2004 Thanks for your time to comment my picture and to care about the technic. The procedure I use to take all these long exposure pictures is the first you mentioned: I put ALL the filters (one, two, three and sometimes four) in front of the 20 mm lens. This is the reason why I can get such long exposures (30 and 15 secs) with still existing light, also using small apertures (f/22, f/16 and f/11). I hope you'd be glad with my answer and enjoy all my pictures. Very much thanks. Merry Christmas and happy new year. Link to comment
sacha_de_carlo 0 Posted December 25, 2004 Thank you for the explanation. I can only put one filter at a time on my camera. It's time to upgrade my camera, I think :) Link to comment
