mareval 2 Posted December 21, 2004 Good composition, although only a bit less of sky I think would be better. You have captured an interesting atmosphere. Best Wishes.(thanks much for your comment) Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted December 30, 2004 Melissa, I too like the composition. All the diagonal lines of the various elements lead the eye right to the tree. The suggestion to eliminate part of the sky would have the effect of increasing the size of the tree relative to the rest of the scene but, in my opinion, would tend to lose some of the spacious feeling of the shot. Depends on the mood you wanted to portray. Moody effect from the mist & would change the shot dramatically without it. Best, LM. Link to comment
bill chardon 0 Posted January 24, 2006 Hi Melissa, Thanks for your comment on my photo. I wanted to check out your gallery and, being a sucker for trees found several shots of trees, etc. that are great. I particularly like the mood of this one. Thanks again. Oh yeah, and I love the red doors photo. OK. So the lower rail can come out. That's what photoshop is for. Keep it up. Link to comment
jonathancharlesphoto 0 Posted July 14, 2006 Beautiful natural delicate colours and lovely flowing lines give this great depth. There is a wonderful tranquility about it. Best wishes, Jonathan Link to comment
