Children, portraits, still life, etc., what's the category I have no

idea. My daughter's "Snuggy" bear laying by our Christmas tree.

Feedback is appreciated. Thanks. ^_^

Wilson, this photo is awesome except for one nitpick: the blurry bottom left corner. If that wasn't there, I'd think you'd have an incredible shot here. Otherwise, the blurred part degrades overall aesthetics. I like what you were thinking though. Best Regards, JS.

Ditto the previous comment. There is just a little too much of the blurry left lower corner for me. I also like the sepia tones. Nice one!

I actually don't mind the bottom left. I think it gives the photo a closeness that I like, and also a secret peer into a childhood. I love the emotion it stirrs.

CR: Cliches permitted, sweet! (Bedding our beloved ones seems to need more care sometimes :-)) RE

Nothing wrong with the blurry corner. The bear is surrounded, background and foreground, with a cosy blur, like being wrapped up snug in bed. Not sure how comfortable those bulbs would be to sleep on, though! This photo puts me to sleep, but in the best possible way...

So very enchanting. C U T E is the right word I think .... and very well executed. I wish Snuggi and you a merry Xmas ( Hm .. in Denmark Snuggi is the name of a fabric softner ... is this the bear on that softner? Loolks very much a like)

Okay, yeah, the blur in the bottom left, blah, blah, blah. Wonderful choice of sepia tones ... great DOF with the tree lights in the background and the bear looks like he's smiling. Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

Bente, Lou Ann, Linda, thank you for your feedback. Bente, this is indeed the Snuggy bear that we received as a promo gift several years back, and is a permanent member in my 8-year-old daughter's most favorite circle of bears.

Merry Christmas to you all. ^_^
