I would have put this in the abstract category. As pure macro it's got depth-of-field and motion blur issues of course. But I really like the effect personally. Nice work.

you are a true macro master! this is a fine a piece of art as any i've seen. i just bought the 105 macro myself, but i have not trained my eye to see as you do. you certainly have inspired me to try, though!
