too much of the photo is out of focus--

I normally cannot stand kid pics on PhotoNet, I think it's over done. But this one is different. Yes, it needs more depth of field. The important thing is, this kid is absolutely beautiful in her own right, not just because she's a little kid. She is truly a georgeous model. Very photogenic.

 

You should try this photo again and really concentrate on depth of field.

D.o.F. is a bit shallow but the front eye is pin sharp and that is generally the rule of thumb. Got to say that I agree about Anna being a beautiful model. Keep them comming, nice work.
