michael_hansen3 0 Posted December 12, 2004 Great expression!! I'd try to eliminate that shadow behind the model. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 15, 2004 I like her wry smile. You manage to find some very interesting models. Kudos. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 7, 2005 Great depth of field work here. You must have had that 105mm wide open...or close to it. Love the shadows. You say the 105mm is an f/2.8 lens. Is it an older lens? My 105mm for my Pentax was an f/2.4 lens. Hmmm...and someone says this lady is "not model material?" Are there a set of rules or something which defines or states qualifications someone must meet in order to be considered model material...a book, perhaps? Have I missed something somewhere? I sure would hate to photograph someone who does not meet the qualifications!! I wish I had the opportunity to photograph some of the people you have photographed. And your work makes me wish I had not sold my Pentax! Link to comment
robiek 0 Posted May 7, 2005 Thank you for correcting me...my old workhorse SMC Takumar 6X7 105mm lens is f/2.4 I've erroneously quoted the 90mm f/2.8 lens from the square shaped Pentax lens hood markings (It has the 105mm markings also, of course....) Hmm, yes Jim, good old P67...on the other hand your large format Polaroid work has made me envision myself trying to find suitable equipment for such an edeavour. Link to comment
