zlm 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Very nice, I like the way the bear seems to glow against the dark background. The composition is very nice as well. Link to comment

abintraphoto 0 Posted December 17, 2004 Thank you for making me smile everytime I open your page - that bio pic gets me everytime ...... sol This is a very cool shot - period. Composition, exposure (including blacks and whites) and that pose - I have no suggestions for improvement. And to think , you shot this in your backyard makes it all the more special - had no idea they had polar bears in Bolivar, Missouri ....... !! smile .. Link to comment
nichols 0 Posted December 17, 2004 Ken, You never know what you're going to find here in the Ozarks:)!!! Actually, I think I took this in Omaha, Nebraska(my home state) at the Henry Doorly Zoo...this was in between swimming sessions. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 18, 2004 Cute shot! As mentioned, a few hot spots without detail in the fur, but it's hard to get around that with white animals. Overall, it works for me. Link to comment
