Fall Portrait

Any critiques would be most appreciated.

Quality is good, but the background seems to busy. I get distracted, which make the subject fade into the image instead of standing out. I would have opened the aperture to improve on the depth of field. And there is too much head room in my opinion, but the leading space is good
