Nice composition, I like the interesting tattoo and colorful sash, however I think it becomes the focal point because her head it cropped too severely to focus on any one part of the photo. Great lighting.

I love the way the girl is looking at us! Frendly looking =P

It is easy to understand your fascination with this model and I hope you can work with her more in the future, at least for my sake.

 

I have to say that I would like to see more of the top of her head as well. Shooting from a higher perspective looking down at her would narrow her lower body a tad as well. Take all of this with a grain of salt in view of the fact that I cut the head off at times as well, as you have pointed out.

 

Hope all is well and that my can is alive and well as well.

as one that intentionally cuts the top of heads off of people- I think the cut works. I agree a perspective from above with the same cut of the head would work really well.

 

She looks teasing enough, I feel that if you adjusted the string of pearls to where they were just above the protrusion of her hip and angled/hanging down it would accentuate that line and make it more of a tease. as it is, the line is a minor factor that stops the eye just as you get to the hip and lower stomach..both places I fnd extremely alluring in male and females.

 

Knicki

In the original photograph her head is seen in its entirety. I just wanted an aggressive crop and felt this was it. The point Knicki has made about the beads is a good one. Alas, they were not long enough and time did not allow me to make them appear longer.

 

I am not sure if I will work with this model again or not. She is lovely but was very hard work.

David- I do agree with Knicki about the pearls, but....I think the real focus goes from the eyes, down the curve of the arm (love the tatoo) to the hip, so angling the pearls is not a big deal. All in all, I think this image is very well done and I like the crop. Sassy looking!

David, I like it and think the title is good, but I find it a little "busy" for my tastes; she has the right look for the title, but the tattoo, the ribbon/corsage, the pearls and the open jeans are a bit too much going on all at once IMHO. If you can reshoot, try adding and subtracting the various elements. Still a very good photo of a beautiful model. 6/6
