lowkey bodylandscape shooting

I love this picture! the lighting is perfect too my eyes, but the only thing I dont like is the presence of the hand with jewel, too MY eyes this picture represente the feminine body, so perfect etc...and the jewels just give me a bad feeling...well its an opinion :P! This picture still really great!

The bodyscape style is one of the most frequent approaches to nude, so it is the execution that matters. In this case I would say that you did a good job. The lighting is interesting and I like the use of negative space. One thing could be improved, in my opinion - I think that the hand is a little superfluous in the picture, as it detracts from the overall landscape expression that the picture seems to evoke. It would be less noticeable and distracting, if it were not for the rings and shining nail polish, but I think you would be better off without the hand altogether. As usual, I do not give any ratings, since they are meaningless without any comment.

yes the hand, somehow i think it disturbs, somehow i think its an add,

specialy with the rings,...

 

i did the shooting because i needed some pure landscapes, so i didnt even think about leaving the rings on the hand or not, the hand wasnt suposed to be in any of the pictures...but during the shooting for a moment i thought ...why not?

then i saw the rings and thought,...why not?

 

now , after the shooting and looking at all the pictures...i liked this one a lot because the hand and because the rings...

 

the body was suposed to look like a landscape...the hand and specialy with the rings , makes the landscape look again more like a females body

 

i liked that, thats why i choosed this picture for the upload

 

because i have so many other pictures here...i didnt think further about it yet.... but your opinions make me think about it...thanks for that

thanks...thats what the other pictures of this shooting ( the ones without the hand) are supposed to look like... like a real landscape a desert or others ;-)

whenever I criticize any extraneous element on someone else's photo I try to think about whether it is obvious from the picture itself that the distraction is intentional, and whether and how it contributes to the message and visual arrangement of the picture in general. I was not quite sure about the intentionality and purpose of the hand in this specific picture, which is why I pointed it out. Otherwise, this is a very nice picture and I would not hesitate to hang it on my wall.
