Cocoon... ?

found this almost at every side of the plant, hanging... looks like

a cocoon, some of it attract ants. spent some time to get it right

since the winds are blowing quite hard at that time.

I do not think it is a coocon, it is probably a mobile house for a moth-larvae or a mayfly type of larvae.

It is only a photo so it is hard to tell for sure but it is almost identical to a mobile moth house that can be found here in Sweden.
