Jacob, thanks very much for your critique. I've a bit of difficulty with those clouds. Due to the low light they are even a bit too reddish Accentuating/enhancing them by digital means may not improve this photo which, at least for me, emphasizs the landscape.

Sam, I like this image, it's a departure from the usual, "showing all the mountain".To me the image says ruggedness & wilderness.Cheers-Ross

Ross, thanks very much for your comments. Although this scene is within a rather short walking distance from the town of Banf, it may indeed suggest wilderness & being far away from home, the local bears just watching you through the trees. Cheers, Sam.
