Like this pattern a lot. I wonder if the second layer of the shoes could make some better story. These two pairs are stading out but don't say anything special.

Mahia, I agree that the strength of this shot is in it's repeating patterns with a few of the pairs arranged in different directions to keep it from becoming too static. This monochrome subject cries out for the B&W treatment you gave it and the high contrast light outlines the shapes and textures well. If you cropped out a shadow somewhere I think it was a wise decision. I'd love to see a really large (30 x 30) print of this one. I only hope that I'd recognize & seize on the opportunity to record a scene like this should one present itself to me. Best, LM.
