henrimanguy 0 Posted November 27, 2004 When you photograph Venice, you generally choose only the things of the Eternal Venice. From The Giudecca island you have a superb panorama on this Eternal Venice. But if you turn yourself towards the west, you can see in the distance the chimneys of the industrial complex of Porto Marghera which is on the continent. In spite of the slight mist which blurs them, I found interesting to put together in this shot these two contradictory aspects of two worlds which verge on but never mix one with the other. chris_merk 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Just another photo of Venice taken from a boat. Not sure what the focal point is supposed to be. I have been to Venice before, and would not want to go there based on this picture alone. Link to comment
