Hi Sam,

You did well with what you used . I like the image.

This high brightness scene, along with a reptile's natural blending into the surrounding make for a more difficult capture.

A DSLR camera with a suitable lens would excel for this type of scene dynamics.

I readjusted the levels a bit to bring out the reptile against it background.

When on the road, or in the bush, one doesn't always have the right equipment for grabs & has to do with whatever is available.
