He does look guilty.. You caught a great moment, and have a great photo, but I feel that you could have made it better by adding more contast. Congratulations on a surreal photo.

Superb capture! There is enough of the background scene to convey what is happening without any unrelated clutter and the subject?s facial expression really add to the image.

I had to laugh. Could he be concealing a gas can or blow torch behind his back with his briefcase hand? Great expression and capture.
