Thank you everyone for your feedback... HOWARD: I'm not sure if pictures ever do this place justice. This is the best I can do for an, "overview." STEPHAN: I know what you mean, and I agree that it's not as thought provoking as some other images. This however is personally satisfying because: 1.) Access for this vantage point is only through Thai Royal Navy ground (needed solid ground instead of boat ride to set time exposure with light streaks from passing boat,) and entry authorization for civilian is few and far between. 2.) The scene includes Chaopraya river (Siam's most important waterway through Ayuthaya, Sukothai, as well as Chiangmai era,) which IMO is difficult to capture photogenically. 3.) It is one of those shot I just have to take, just like you said. ^_^ JAYME: That's the flood lighting shining up and reflecting off the temple walls which are covered with combination of glass and ceramic mosaics.

em, for you, this is quite an average image, isn't it? Its nice and all, and the purple framing is good, but not that creative or original. Its just one of those shots you have to take, though. Yes? I would have done exactly the same thing.

Gosh....I love the light and the points on the roofs. Is the burned out reflection area glass or copper or what? Nice image, nice composition.

Gaetan Chevalier
The light and colors are superb and well captured. Well done.

Wils This image is much more impressive when viewed large. Nice detail, colors, and composition of an exotic place that few people on this side of the world will ever see.
