In my opinion there's too much light on the hare-ear-hat. More light in her face would be nice.

Hes the light is a bit harsh in that part of the image, The source is a hot pot light that is in a corridor of a movie theatre. I got lucky enough to be able to shoot what was regular attire on this Halloween party. I only had to coax and direct the action a little as the odd lighting was helped by the black and white.
