Simply beautiful. Great composition.

The oil painting-like effect looks great. Reminds me Rembrandt's paintings... The only thing a bit disturbing is the strange position of the model's left hand. Anyway, two thumbs up!

RAVE! AWE! If being a bit derivative of Duch Masters like Rembrant is a bad thing I guess that would have to do. From there it's love at first sight. My usual criticism of coping out with extremely beautiful subject is moot. This is a picture that I do not foresee a time when I am done learning from. Listing the home runs here: Lighting, expression, composition, the hands, gesture. The list just goes on.

I like the darkness in this one, with the only light seeming to come from the woman. Nice work!
