Nostalghia

Thoughts, are welcome - do you feel the nostalghia?

I'm not sure what you are try to say. Where would you find an old photo on a old tree stub? It is an interesting imge. I'm not sure why. Did you put the old image on the tree or was it droped in with Photoshop?

No digital manipulation, shot as seen.

I think the hollowed out trunk works well with the older photo to bring out a feeling for the past. I'm not sure about the red tones bringing out the nostalgia as well as the tones in the photo and the brown of the trees. But it does have a past feeling to it.
