Hi.. nope..its a reflection shot! The street is what you see from the reflection.. the chairs etc are from a restaurant where i photoed into.. the 2 white windows and the people there are behind the restaurant. No effects.. no mulitple layers etc..

Window reflection shots are usually interesting for their multi-perspectival quality. Not much you can do, but I'm uncomfortable with the reflection on the left converging with the woman's head.
