Last Light

I love the last sliver of light as it slinks away from the horizon

hitting certain slopes of trees. I'd appreciate your opinions and

honest feedback!

Don, the light here is good, no question. Potentially this could be a really good shot. There's a lot going on with not much to direct the viewer's attention. My eye simply ends up floating around the frame. I like the way you have framed the mountain and its reflection, but cropping just under the grass on the left would ground the image. I know that in most cases it works to place the water line mid-frame because it's symmetrical, however, I don't think it's strong enough to work, in this case.

Alternatively, you could get a bit more abstract, and crop the grass completely off the right, forcing the symmetrical reflection.
