mozgur 0 Posted October 29, 2004 It is hard to see from this image - due to small size- but this is an overlook more than 1500ft above the town ligts seen below. Without an additional light source the image would have been like any other image and fog would not have been visible. I thought to use the headlights of my car to scatter light off the fog, but I wasn't sure if the light intensities coming from the fog and the sun would be different to fit within the dynamic range of my tiny digital camera. Luckily for about 5 minutes (for few shots only) the fog density and sunlight intensity were just right and I was able to capture few frames. Link to comment
