Oak leaf

Normally, I would've suggested a soft fill light to remove the black areas on the left of the leaf. However, I think it works in this image and a fill light would have detracted from the effect.

The detail, texture, and depth that I see on the leaf is wonderful - very well done!!

I dd try a couple of shots with some light reflected back into the shadows...but it wasn't as effective.
