jmcconnell2 0 Posted October 26, 2004 Focus, dof, and light is perfect! Very pleasing composition, and I love the tones. 7/7 Link to comment
afterthoughts 0 Posted October 27, 2004 I like this image a lot. The composition is right on. What I find most interesting is the color tones you choose. It seems to fit the subject to a "T". Overall very well done. Congratulations. Link to comment
gabriella_lucia 0 Posted October 28, 2004 Tones, lighting and title all come together nicely. Link to comment
home page1 0 Posted October 28, 2004 IMO, Craig is one of the best local and regional jazz guitarists around Louisville. I'm proud to have publicly played with him on more than one occasion. This shot was from a private performance of his and his group, the Java Men, in my home recording studio for a few friends. And, I got to sit in with the pros and got a really nice recording! jayme 0 Posted October 28, 2004 Ken- this is super. I always like to see what lens is being used, so....what lens? Nice contrast and is the blur from the lens or PS. Either way it looks great! Nice image, love the way the guitar crosses the image in a perfect diagonal! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted October 28, 2004 Ken,I like a lot your music/musicians images. The diagonal guitar, brings a lot of interest to the image, added to the contrasts and light.very nice. Pnina Link to comment
home page1 0 Posted October 28, 2004 Here's the original, untouched as it rolled out of the camera. Lens is Canon 16-35 USM f2.8. As you can see, I did a gaussian blur on the background and used the dreaded on board flash. SS 1/60, f3.5, focal length 33, pattern metering, ISO 200. Thanks for your interest and comment. I'm gonna try to start listing more detail about my posts. Link to comment
