root 0 Posted October 24, 2004 I love rhythm shots, but you asked . . begged . . for a critique, so I'll give you one. The eye always goes to the one that varies from the rest, even if it's just a little. If the variation is an improvement over the rest, then you have a killer image, but here, the darker chair doesn't show off the wonderful contrasy lines that the rest of them have. I would have cropped it out, or put the camera on a timer and sat in the chair myself. Link to comment
harlow_b._staley 0 Posted October 24, 2004 This has been done a number of times, but the curves of the chairs make this one stand out. Link to comment
ben_crabtree 0 Posted October 25, 2004 Along the lines of Carl Root's comment, I think this picture could have been even better had you placed the dark chair one row ahead and three places to the left. Having said that, I have tried to take similar pictures in the past, and have never come close to making as good a one as this is. Congratulations. Link to comment
Tuhin 2 Posted October 25, 2004 excellent image along with your thinking , well done ( more so because this is slightly different image than you usually upload ) .. Link to comment
